John is a strategy and AI consultant specialising in enterprise artificial intelligence, digital transformation, advanced analytics and business strategy.

His consulting experience spans industrial manufacturing, logistics, telecommunications and financial analytics, where he has designed data-driven solutions that improve operational performance, strengthen governance and enable better executive decision-making. His work includes developing enterprise AI systems, predictive analytics, intelligent automation solutions and strategic operating models for organisations undergoing digital transformation.

Prior to founding Crested Crane Intelligence, John worked across consulting, entrepreneurship and data analytics, combining commercial leadership with technical expertise. He has led AI product development, built machine learning solutions on enterprise cloud platforms, delivered quantitative strategy engagements and managed international businesses operating across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
